UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Web site www.uniqcycle.com. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.  They are solely used for maintaining the items in your shopping cart and are session cookies only.  If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use the shopping cart will be limited.

Log files are maintained by an outside company for viewing stats about visitors to our webpage.  This information is only used internally for the improvement and advancement of our website.

The Way We Use Information:

We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.  You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order only.  This information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties.  Users may generally not opt-out of receiving these emails.

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are only used to answer the initial email or to provide order status updates.  These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.  Users may generally not opt-out of receiving these emails.

We use email addresses and comments left via the contact form on our contact page to answer these specific questions and/or inquires only.  Such addresses and comments are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use information collected in the dealer application page for the sole purpose of establishing dealer status with UNiQ Cycle Sounds, LLC.  Such information is not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

We use an outside internet service to view stats of visitors, we use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. You can access all or some of your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by calling or emailing or visiting the order status page at www.uniqcycle.com/orderstatus.asp and entering your order ID and email address. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request email that credibly shows error to support@uniqcycle.com. 

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
